Who I am

QA engineer with nearly three years testing enterprise platforms through EPAM Systems. I'm also in my fourth year of a BSc in Applied Statistics and Data Science at Yerevan State University, which is where most of my current curiosity about data and machine learning actually comes from.

What I build

Professionally: automation frameworks and API test coverage — Page Object Model UI regression suites, REST Assured and Cucumber-based validation, CI-integrated pipelines. Independently: full products end to end — a dual-mode AI/manual trip planner, two independent football media platforms with their own auth and rights-compliance layers, and a churn-prediction pipeline built as a sequence of tested, gated milestones rather than a single prototype.

02Career

Employment only — kept clearly separate from academic work and independent products.

Trust nothing. Verify everything.

Five statistical ideas I lean on to decide whether software — and the models inside it — can be trusted. Scroll through them.

04Statistics, in miniature

01 / 05 — Sampling

You can't test everything

Draw a random sample and let it speak for the population. The trick is making sure the sample isn't quietly biased.

  • N = 144
  • n = 24
  • simple random sample

Illustrative data, generated in your browser — every number above is computed from it.

05Data / University

A degree in Applied Statistics and Data Science, still in progress, feeding directly into how I think about testing, models and evidence.

Diploma projectIn Progress

My diploma project — supervisor chosen and the work underway. The exact topic isn't finalized yet, so it isn't listed here as a title, but this is expected to be the most substantial piece of academic work I've done, and it'll be written up here in full once the direction is locked in.
